Do you require a deposit?
Yes, I do. To kick off your project, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This helps secure your spot in my schedule and ensures I can dedicate the time and resources needed to give you the best possible experience from the start.
Will it be hard to make my own Website updates/changes?
Not at all! I design every website with ease of use in mind, making it simple and intuitive for you to update, edit, and add new content (within reason). If you’re not feeling confident with the tech side of things, no worries—we can set up a 1-on-1 tutorial to walk you through the process step by step. You’ll be managing your site like a pro in no time!
And if you’d prefer, you can always opt for a monthly maintenance package, where I handle all updates and changes for you. Along with backups of your website and updates to Worpress framework and Plugins.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance for websites after they're launched?
Yes, I do! While most websites only require minimal maintenance each month, such as plugin and framework updates to keep things secure and running smoothly, I offer ongoing support to ensure everything stays in top shape.
Many clients find their sites remain perfectly functional even if they don’t check in for a few months. But if you’d like peace of mind that it’s running at it’s best, I can handle all the updates and maintenance for you with a monthly support package.
How long will it take to build my website?
The timeline for building your website depends on its size and complexity. Typically, a standard 5-page website takes about 2 weeks, while a larger 15-page site may take 3 to 5 weeks.
